ORDER TRACKING:
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means there is a delay in updating the information on the system, please do not worry.
If it is over your estimated arrival date, please don't hesitate to contact us for handling this for you.
INCORRECT ADDRESS:
Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.
If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

PETOTE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY - SUPERCEDES OUR POLICY
Return & Exchange Policy:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Petote pet carrier. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact our authorized Retailer (3 Red Rovers: returns@3RedRovers.com). You must obtain a return authorization number before sending any merchandise back to us. Your refund will be processed in the same manner of your original payment within 5 - 7 business days once your package has been received.
After your refund has been processed, you will be notified via the email address associated with your account. Please note your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account.
***Returns are at the discretion of Petote Group, LLC and will only be accepted if the merchandise has not been used or if the merchandise has a manufacturer's defect.
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied for merchandise that is returned or exchanged without a manufacturing defect.
Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from date of purchase. Before returning any merchandise, you must contact customer service and request a return authorization number (RA number). Please note returns will not be processed without an RA number.
Petote Group, LLC does not refund any shipping or handling charges.
